Suggestion after rejection

Hello to all my friends.
Please suggest me what i need to do. I applied for skilled worker as manager finance, i worked in my fathers tarnsport goods company and run that company, before i worked as financial officer and book keeper,
Reason of Rejection
You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 0111- Director Finance. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the instructions identified by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008, the main duties that you have listed do not indicate that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties. As such, I am not satisfied that your experience corresponds to NOC 0111- Financial Managers.

As well you have indicated that you have work experience in occupations with the following NOC codes: 1112- Finance Officer, 1231- Bookkeeper. These occupations do not correspond to any of the occupations specified in the instructions.

How many years of experience did you quote for NOC 0111

How many yrs did u quote for NOC 1112

Did you synchronise your main duties vis-a-vis canada NOC

What was your highest educational qualifications

The above will help us to know where the error came from and also help others.

However, you may consider AEO since NOC 0111 is no longer on the > June 26 list

Thanks right, you respose me, i have experience of 1 year as a director of finance, and 3 years as finance officer and book keeper, and i did MBA(Marketing) from pakistan and now i am doing MSC in international business management from gloucestershire university from UK.

No this is not a reason "However, you may consider AEO since NOC 0111 is no longer on the > June 26 list"
Can i send my application again or go for appeal

You have failed to convince the visa officer that your job really was under 0111. If you believe that the visa officer made a mistake and that your job really was under 0111, you can try to get an updated letter of job duties, write an appeal and send your full application back to them but there is no guarantee of success.
