first let you know that 1 Year Degree like such things does not exist in CANADA.
you have clearly 2 options :
1. either go for College Education
2. or go for Uni education.
option 1: if u go for coll. edu and u r undergraduate from India and some exp (optional) then u can go for 1 Year Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate or PG Certificate programs and Tuition vary between 13500-14500 CAD $. there are plenty of courses in Software/ IT/ Networking u can get specially on Ontario province colleges, less options in other provincial colleges.
pros: getting college admission (offer letter) is easy, less documentation work, less IELTS Score, overall less headache

option 2: if going for Uni. Edu... keep in mind ,,its very tough to get admission, very costly specially in Ontario Region Uni., strict and high Admission eligibility and Document Requirements.. for example u need the following Documents:
1. Official Transcripts of last institutions attended (1oth, 12th, undergraduate and so on)
2. Min. 3 Letter of Recommendations from ur Employer (if doing job) & from ur professor/ Lecturer/ HOD
3. Statement of Purpose (SOP)
4. high Band score in IELTS (above 6.5 individually)
5. some uni ask for GRE Score (General), like Uni of Toronto, Mcgill Uni, Uni of British Columbia, Uni of Alberta, Uni. of Saskatchewan , Uni. of Manitoba, an some other top 10
6. Professional C.V/ Resume
7. Work Experience evidence
8. Financial Evidence (for embassy)
Pros: uni study give u excellent reward in future, u will get 3 yr. work permit after degree
cons: admission is full of headache, tough, study is very costly
course duration: Normally Masters in Canada is of 2 Year, but this is ur capacity to complete this in 1 or 1 and half year.
cost: in Ontario region uni. CAD $ 25,000-30,000, Saskatchewan region uni. CAD $ 15,000 and same for Manitoba region Uni., very costly for Ontario, British Columbia.
Masters are of 2 type ,,, MSc., MASc.
Msc. Course Based,
Msc. Thesis bases,
MSc. Project Based,
MSc. Co-op (Internship)
