suggest a good university for pg diploma

I am BSc IT and i have 2+ years experience in software development .
Please suggest me a good university which offer 1 year pg diploma in Computer science or software engineering .
I have heard that in Canada it is hard to get a job in our profession is very hard, but holding a 1 year canadian pg won't help me to get out of it ?

Universities generally don't give out post graduate degrees - you should be looking at colleges.

Post graduate degrees are relatively low value to Canadian employers. Holding a 1 year PG degree may help you get a job in Canada or it may not.
