Had a really bad experience with my university. Went there to get a transcript of my degrees and they said that transcript will be posted back to you next week. however, it took over a month before it reached me. So, I finally received degree transcript from my university. I filled the online application on WES site and paid $322, getting a reference number in return.
Now as I was reading through the information regarding sending the documents, I realized that WES requires the envelope to be signed or stamped across the back flap. However, the envelope I got is neither stamped nor signed across the back flap.
What do I do? Go through the process again and wait one more month? I'm feeling so P***ed right now.
