successful 0213 applicants;;pls clear my doubt

i m in my 2 nd stage of my 0213 PR application,,,,,but my current designation is senior engineer.

My bachelor degree is in electrical engg and masters is in information n communications technology from uk.

One month ago i got aor from canada.

Is there any change to reject my case for not being a manager,,,,,but perform 0213 duties.

One of my colleague told me that one immigration firm said him that 0213 applicatants will not be successful at 2nd stage even they received aor from canada.

I request all 0213 successful applicants who already got visa/received medical or at the final stage?????

I m in doubt,,,,,,Pls share........

I cannot offer personal experience, but I have seen lots of advice here and elsewhere in the past that your current job title is largely irrelevant with regards to the NOC code, what will matter is when you are asked for the documentation that you provide references and job desscriptions that show you are doing the job described in 0213. Conversely, if your title were "Manager" but your documentation showed you were not actually doing the jobs described by that NOC, they would probably reject.

Qaxlor said what I am gonna say.
0213 duties are important, there are some vital points in documentation you'd be providing to CHC , those will be taken into count. CHC know well what 0213 managers have to show to make them believe that those applicants worked as manager.

but what I saw from this forum and trackitt, your luck will also play a crucial role in coming months.
Most people around your job places could be jealous, Listen to them but dont belive all what they say, Ask the seniors in here.

I could see computer department Co-ordinator as one of the titles under -0213.Why would they have this title listed if they are only going to accept professionals showing manager as designation?

the whole thing is very much ambiguous. I can cearly see a double/triple/quadruple standards by IOs.
CIO returned application for writing Pakistan instead of Islamabad and at the same time someone wrote India instead of New Delhi, he got his AOR and docs request. There are many cases like this. showing easy papers brought PR to many and many didnt get it by showing 10+ yrs of IT experience and as a managerial role. So its more seems like a lottery now.
