Succeed with low CRS

Hi All
Need guidance/assistance with my PR process. We are a family of 3 (working husband, ex employed at present housewife and 6-year old son).
Our CRS 2018 was 337. How to overcome and succeed in the PR process?
I am a hotelier with 18 years of work experience in Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Healthclub).

The only way you can get a PR is through a PNP. Check out different PNP streams and apply for them accordingly.
