Submitting Spousal Application

Hi,

In spousal sponsorship application do I put my name on the package as the sponsor or is it the principle applicant who's name should be on the application package while submitting it?

Also, can I use stapler or paper clips and rubber bands for organizing my documents and complete it as a package?
