I am canadian and my wife is from panama. She submitted an online application and got a response two days after to submit her passport in Panama. But where should she send it to. Do we send it directly to the Canadian embassy in Panama? Would that be faster? or the VAC VFS office in Panama? Do they still have to send it to the Visa Office in guatemala? It stated these are the options to submit the passport. What would be the quickest and fastest method? Please help?
Submit your passport at the visa application centre
You can submit your passport(s) by mail or in person.
With your passport(s), make sure you include:
The passport request letter you received from CIC
Any applicable VAC fees, such as passport transmission fees
Check the website of your closest visa application centre (VAC) for more information:

Submit your passport at the Canadian Embassy in Panama for visa printing
You can submit your passport in person Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 15:00 and pick up on Tuesdays and Thursday 14:00 to 16:00.
To submit by courier, you must include your passport, a copy of the request letter, as well as a completed pre-paid return airway bill which ensures collection services. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your application.
