if you submit your spouse passport with you in person to buffalo, do you need an authorization letter if your are main applicant?
the second question is how you will submit the spouse passport in the port of entry at the border and the spouse is not physically present

1. Buffalo Tues or Thurs. You need a letter of authorization for each person, other than yourself.
2. She would have to either "flagpole" or make an appointment to "land" at an Inland CIC 1888-242-2100
