Submitting passport for adding the pages

Hello,

1. Can we use USPS to submit the passport with return envelope?
2. Will USPS make the return envelope for us, or do we have to go to fedex or ups to make it? 3.And in return envelope shipping label, is the from address the address where we are submitting the documents?
4. In the shipping label, for contact number of the from address can we put 9999999999 as they dont have a phone number?
5. And the return packet we will be sending is an envelope?

1. Dont use postal service, pay extra for UPS or Fedex to attain faster delivery service.
2. Same as above. Any courier provider offer this service you will be expected to pay for both slips at time of shipping.
3. Yes
4.You can put whatever number that Fedex or UPS can reach you at in case they need to call you.
5. Yes. They will do everything for you. Tell them you shipping passports and they should do the rest for you
