Submitting OWP with Inland PR Application: Online or Paper?

Hello I have some basic questions about submitting the OWP along with our Inland PR application. As of June 2019 it says that you need to file online. Does this also apply to people doing PR applications or should we still fill out and submit the paper form?

Also, what is the document form number for the paper form of the OWP and where do I find it?

Is there a document checklist that goes with the OWP form?

The OWP Application form is IMM 5710 and, yes, there is a checklist as well, IMM 5556.

As for whether you should apply online, I think for those applying for PR, they should include their OWP application in the same package as their PR application.

Thank you for the info. I guess I was a little confused because when I downloaded the form it said IMM 5710e and the "e" at the end made me think that this wasn't the right one.
