You need both 1560 hours and 52 weeks of experience to qualify under CEC. I would submit the 53 week to make sure you're not refused on a technicality.

You have to complete the 52nd week for it to count.
But - which "application" are you talking about? The EE profile? or have you received the ITA and you're talking about the PR application? Because your ITA won't be valid if you receive it before you complete 1 year.
