Why you don't have the information sheet?
Every clinic gives the applicant that sheet only. In fact, clinic gives info sheet only, not the reports.

Where did you get your medicals done? Was it a panel clinic listed on IRCC website?

I'd rather not disclose where I did it. But it was a IRCC approved physician. I got the emedical report. Why is it not acceptable to upload the full report. And please get your facts right, one CAN get the report, all that is needed is a small fee and a request for it.
