submitting information to PR confirmation portal after 7 days?

I have received the credentials to log in to the PR confirmation portal to confirm that I'm in Canada and upload a photo. They say in the email I have 7 days to do this. Does anyone know if these are business or calendar days? What happens if you provide the information 7 days after receiving the email? I need to travel outside Canada and I'm afraid I won't be able to re-enter if they approve my COPR.

Reply to that, inform your travel plan and IRCC will put you in waiting list and will let you know further details.
