I am completing my cic application. I have completed the iec and am applying as a student on a working holiday visa. I have uploaded all my documents and when I go to complete electronic signature with given name last name and security question it comes back as name date of birth or country if birth not matching. I have gone through all my documents and reuploaded them there are no mistakes but it won't accept it. I have completed this with my friend and she had no problems submitting hers. Can anyone help or give my a phone number of anyone who can help?
