Submitting eAPR while wife is visiting me .. Should I?

My wife is on visit to my country of residence that is Doha, Qatar. She will shortly leave for her country of origin. Can i submit eAPR now? or should i wait?

But Stanlee, after few days when she will be back to Pakistan, will i have to again inform CIC with revised passport or something?
