Hi all.
I was previously told that some people submit their applications without their medical, and they send it in when it is requested.
I am wondering if it is the same for police checks?
I am British living living in Alberta and it would take 2-3 weeks for me to send in the police check forms, process it and have it sent back to me, so I am wondering if we can submit the spousal application without my British police check, and send it in in 2-3 weeks time? The first 2 months will be processing my wife, the sponsor, so this should not be an issue, right?
If I can send in the application without the police check certificate should I leave the checkbox for the police check unchecked? Or should I check it and then attach a letter to the certificate asking for it to be added to the application?
Thank you! Andrew
