It might useful, if you forgot something to send along with your application, you can submit it later I mean before they return the application back. recently, i have contacted CIO, they emailed me as below.
"There is no guarantee that additional documentation will be matched to a file prior to assessment unless specifically requested by our office. According to the CIC-website it states, “If you are not prepared to submit full documentation to the CIO Sydney do not apply now”. A determination of eligibility for processing is based on the documentation you have submitted.
If you submit your receipt, please be sure to include your full name as per passport, your date of birth, your place of birth and the courier tracking number for your application package which you had submitted."
