submitting additional documents through webform

My husband has applied for work permit and we realised we had missed some documents so we want to upload it through webform.
He had applied for work permit through my ircc account ( i am on study permit, already reached here in canada), so while submitting webform should i use his email or mine?

You should use the email on the application itself.
