It's a long story, but my visitor record expires Sept 13, 2021, and I submitted my application for an extension on Sept 12, 2021 at 11pm pacific time. I did the questionnaire and it allowed me to submit my app, but the date it says I submitted it is Sept 13th, not Sept 12th.
