Submitted my OINP Human Priorities app...... any body sumitted in Oct or Nov?

I got OINP interest on Express entry profile on 25th Sept and I mailed my Application on 5th Nov and it was delivered on 6th Nov. The deadline to apply was 45 days thathat means they should receive the complete application before 9th Nov if I am not wrong.

Haven't received any confrimation from MCIIT dont know if the quouta has been filled.....
