Submitted an Express Entry With iBT TOEFL Score due to on going civil war

I convert my iBT score to equivalent ILETS score by ETS website and submitted an express entry profile before that I try my best to register for ILETS test but unfortunately the test will not take place due to the situation over here in Yemen.

Now shall I continue with it or withdraw the profile and resubmit a new EE profile when the situation become better.

Please help me guys

Maybe you should e-mail CIC and ask. You can e-mail the Canadian Consulate responsible for dealing with issues in your country.
