submit the proof of Cohabitation for spouse

hello,someone can give some advice
One week ago my wife have approved the SA, and I got an email from CIC that ask me to submit medical and proof of Cohabitation as below:
Proof of Cohabitation: You did not provide sufficient evidence that you are in a cohabitating relationship with your sponsor. Acceptable documentation includes: evidence of joint bank, trust, credit union or charge card accounts.

(1)we have the join bank,I will submit it the certify of bank.
(2)Now the lease have not my name as I am a vistor at that time.so my appartment manager promise to give us a letter to explain that and prove we live together .I will submit the letter
(3)we will move on a new appartment after 3 month,so the new lease has our two names,I will submit it.

So someone can give some advice?and is it a good news for asking medical?
and My app is on Nov,2015.

Co-habitation is living at the same civic address. I discovered this from a CRA post-processing review.

A question to the group -- does a driver's license or similar qualify? Ultimately, they know where the sponsor and sponsored claim to live. If it's the same civic address, and there is a marriage certificate, isn't that enough??

someone said driver lisence can show the address to prove,but I am not sure.And the eamail did not refer it.. I this CIC need what,we should submit.

What if your spouse is not working, or doesn't want to have any of the above connected to you?

That does not mean you are not in a cohabitation relationship... Which is why I cited CRA's definition, as that reflects the Government of Canada's definition of a cohabitation.

If your licences show the same address, then yes, they can be included. You should also include mail, in both names and/or individual names and letters from family/friends/neighbors confirming you are cohabiting. With the landlord letter, your joint bank statements and your new lease, it should be enough.

Which is why I cited CRA's definition, as that reflects the Government of Canada's definition of a cohabitation.

IRCC and CRA actually use different definitions for many terms.

is cohabitation a deciding factor for married couples? i thought it was important mainly for common law.

Someone is helping me out here in this section . I got married in March and I want submit my file but they are asking in check list
7. Proof of relationship to sponsor.
A) no I have proof.
B)no.
C)no.
D)no.
Now in
E)I have first box info.
But they are asking in and
Insurance benefits, past cohabitions .I can provide letter from friends / family . Or social media info showing .
Plz help me out what should I do .
