Submit File after Session Deadline

I want to apply for May Session under SPP. I am waiting for GIC certificate. What are chance to get visa if i apply on 5 April because the last deadline is 1st April.
Post thing what you think..

I dont think that there is any deadline.
one should apply 1-2 month prior of classes so that he can make proper arrangements after getting visa.
Because if you apply on 5 then the VO may take 6-15 days or more so there would be ony 5-10 days from preparation.
