Submit citizenship application for child 3 weeks after parent

As I am getting ready submit my citizenship under new C6 on Oct 11, I just realized TODAY that my PR daughter who became PR April this year and is living with me here can be included in my application as well because C6 removes language requirement. The problem is that she is now 15 and has been in our home country for more than 183 days after she was 14 so she will need police certificate from our home country. And to get that remotely is quite troublesome i.e. need fingerprint taken here and mail it to my wife and she will need to go to the local police there. The whole process could take up to 3 weeks which I really hate to wait because there could be a surge of applications. As far as I know there are 2 options i.e. apply for citizenship together with parent or wait until parent becomes citizen then apply.

1. What if I submit my application first on Oct 11 and submit my daughter’s 3 weeks later? Or what about submitting together without my daughter’s police certificate which could risk whole applications being returned?

2. This will be hard to speculate. So if I delay my application for 3 weeks, how much longer will processing time be, because there will be a surge of applications as soon as new rule is effective?

My plan is that my daughter will be here in Canada for 4 years at least until she finishes her high school so I/she still has plenty of time to get citizenship but I feel guilty if I do not include her now because I’ll never know the future for example if I get a job in US she could move with me right away, without having to worry about losing Canadian PR.

Thanks
