I submitted our Non-Express Entry PNP PR application first week of September 2024.

The Temporary Public Policy states that it will end Oct 6.

Will I still be covered by this public policy since i Submitted before Oct 6 even if have have not received an AOR?

What temporary policy and how does it impact you.

The Temporary Public Policy on In-Country Medical Exam.

As a rule, everyone going through the PR process will have to take a Medical Exam. But for PR applicants who are In-Country, a Temporary Policy is in effect and will end on Oct 6. The Temporary Policy exempts In-Country application from getting a Medical Exam if they have a previous exam in the last 5 years.

We submitted our application early September and had our Medical Exam back in 2021 (3 years ago).

I want to clarify if the deadline of Oct 6. is based on submitted date or the date the AOR is released?
