Studying while working: will it be counted for Express’s work experience?

So I am holding my work permit that was issued before June 7, 2023. As my understanding, I can study (full and part time) while working.
But my question is if those working experiences during my study can be counted for the work experience for Express Entry?
For context, I’m hoping to apply for a 6 months certificate program.
