As the title suggests, would it be an issue if I enter Canada as a visitor and study remotely in a US university, i.e. would they allow me to enter if I disclose that at the border? Additional info: I'm on F-1 visa in the US and I was impacted by the most recent order from ICE banning me from entry and stay if my coursework is online, my spouse is in Canada (citizen), I have a valid visitor visa and I do not intend to stay longer than the 6 months in Canada.
Thank you in advance!

You can certainly study at a US university from Canada.

I'm not sure I would declare this when you enter Canada. I would simply say you are entering as a tourist.
