Studying in Ontario and might do a job in Montreal - will it affect PR points

I heard Quebec has its own thing for the PR, so my question is:
1. Will there be any affect on PR points for the Canadian work exp, if I study in Ontario and work in Quebec?
2. What will be affect on Express Entry?
