Hi my name is “ayman” and I’m international student

I have been deported from the United States because They considered helping my uncle in his business is working. and they gave me five years ban even though I had one year left till I graduate but now I can’t. So my question is can i Apply for Canada and study there?

From what I understand, your chances of getting a study permit is 0 since you were deported from US. You were considered violating your Study Permit.

How long ago were you deported?
Were you given voluntary departure or were you escorted to a plane by immigration officials?
How did they find out that you were "helping in your uncle's business"?
Did your uncle pay you for "helping in his business"?

I have been deported from the United States in June 2018
They stopped me in the airports and they saw pictures of me inside my uncle business
And my uncle didn’t pay for me to help him
My major in the college was network engineer so his business was about networking too that’s why I helped him.

Even if your uncle didn't pay you - what you did in the US is still classified as illegal work. It would be the same in Canada.

Since the deportation was so recent, your chances of getting a study permit approved for Canada are pretty much nil. I would wait a year and establish strong ties to your home country before you attempt to apply for a study permit to Canada.

When you apply for the study permit, make sure you declare the US deportation.
