Good morning in Kuwait time Dears,
I'm intending to study an ESL (English as a second language ) in Memorial University in new foundland , and after that I will be completing my studies with master or graduate diploma , can I show them(CIC) only the expenses for ESL, and for how long they are gonna give me the study permit ( I mean study permit validity?
Actually my goal is to obtain an extendable study permit.
