Hello,

I just got an ITA and is planning to move to Canada by the end of next year.

The question I want to ask is, should I be allowed to study as Canadian Citizen for my graduate studies?

Also, should OSAP grants/aids be available to me?

assume you mean once you are a PR would you pay domestic course fees, answer would be yes.

I personally cannot answer that question although reading between lines here https://www.ontario.ca/page/how-get-osap?_ga=1.246494404.1531534946.1478356225 then as a new PR my guess might be that you would not qualify. As said I cannot answer so others can comment.
