Study/work permit extension approval inside Canada

I applied June 16th from in Canada for study permit and co-op work permit - Got biometrics letter - no word since. i started course in Sept but co-op work section is starting in January - will I be able to work and can anyone post who I can phone/email (if anyone) to chase up the application. Thanks

Is this the first time you're applying for a co-op work permit? If so, then you need to wait to receive the permit in hand before you can begin your work term. You can try calling IRCC call center regarding its status.
