Study visa without completing 8th sem

I am in 8th sem… can i apply study visa with 7th sem memos and a course completion certificate from college… as i will get final sem results and provisional certificate in june/july which is too late.. i have admit for fall 2023 from UWindsor.. please please answer me its very very urgent….

Hold on so your currently pursuing 4 year program (8 sem) and will graduate in April. And you have enrolled in most likely masters at uow which began in fall 2023 right ?
