I received my study visa approved and stamped in my passport. I booked my ticket to Canada also. Recently I received invitation from one of the province in Canada for PNP application. In order to proceed with PNP application I need to create express entry profile.
My query is, can I create express entry profile as well as my PNP application from my home country then flying to Canada? Is there any problem in the immigration department while receiving study permit at the Canadian Airport because of the dual intent?
