I will be signing to an university or college in alberta bacause i'm interested in in one of their Certificate programs. Usually they are 1-year or 8-month study programs for those who want to learn new notions but can't sign themselves up to a whole 3-year academic course.
Since after having obtained such certificate i'd like to do a job experience in canada. To do so, there's a temporary work visa called "Working After graduation" which gives the opportunity to obtain a work visa as long as the course you attended to lasted. More infos here:

I'm not sure if certificate programs also apply though. Can anyone shed any light on this?
