Study Visa Refused Twice.Please help guys need ur advice

hello everyone i had applied for canada study visa twice and got rejection twice.my course was post graduate degree diploma in business management information technology college northern lights college and my profile was:-
10th 67%
12th 66.4% in maths 33 marks but its was additional as i had got physical education
Bca 66.1 % 5 backlocs and completed the 3yrs degree in 4 yrs.
Mca 6.3 cgp with 5 backlocs and completed the degree on time
IELTS 6.5 band overall not less than 6.
Please help me guys as m planning to apply for third time.

In first refusal the reason was:-OTHER REASONS- Your proposed studies is not in light with one or more of : your qualifications,previous studies, employment, level of establishment ,language abilities,or future prospects and plans.
In second refusal they had given the same reason and also added one more reason that is purpose of visit-that you will not leave canada after finishing your studies.

Apply for CAIPS Notes is all I can say.. It is the best way to know the exact reason.
