Study Visa possible after a large study gap?

Hi,
I'm from India. I completed my 10th grade in 2007 and I haven't completed my 12th grade yet. My question is: If I complete my 12th next year, then even with this large study gap, am I eligible for study visa?

I work in the field of 3D computer animation (FX Artist, 4yrs 10 months exp.) and the school in Canada I'm looking to join is CG-Masters School of 3D Animation and VFX. Their required qualification is high school completion OR above 19 yrs of age. As I'm above 19 yrs I don't need to complete my 12th grade to get admission in their school. So, in this case, am I eligible for study visa without completing my 12th grade?

More importantly, is this school/college a designated learning institute (dli). If not, you won't be eligible for a post grad work permit afterwards. Find a dli (info on cic website), then find out the basic requirements for that program. Some schools allow you to study without having graduated high school, but then they ask you to take some mandatory high school courses (typically, English, math, and in some cases, science also).
A gap in education isn't an issue if you explain it to the VO.

I contacted them and one other school for 3d animation (both in vancouver) through e-mail regarding this query and they told me that they do not provide work permit post successful completion of the course. I'll have to find an employer who will sponsor my work permit.

I'll look for a dli as you suggested. Thanks again for the info.
