Its for my brother.I have question is it possible to re submit a visa application for a Student if his Study visa period had expired.My brother was in Canada for past 3 yrs he came home in August 2015.He couldn't finish his studies cause our father was in very serious healthy risk.He came back and was college drop out he could not finish the studies he went for.Now my question is it worth applying again a new student visa at this circumstances.He want to go back to Canada we had financial set back and now he is looking to apply for a Study visa.is there any sort of problem or visa getting rejected.Kindly Help.
