Study Visa Applied On13th June but Yet Have not recived any e-mail from high commision

On13th June but Yet Have not recived any e-mail from high commision. I applied from Vac of Hyderabad By Paper Application and non spp.
I can't link my paper application to online also.
Please help Suggest Me what to do.

Where did u applied from? Is it offline application? If yes, have you linked it to your account?

From India, Yes It is offline application. I couldn't link. I didn't get any acknowledgement letter from high commission.
