I need help. Please help me.
Let me explain my situation. My wife is studying PG in Canada since May 2018 in Fanshawe College, London and I recently got open work permit. She have her visa validity till March End and I guess so will be mine. After her present PG completion she want to skip January intake and join another PG course of May intake. But our visa will expire in March End, 2 months earlier. My question is, with valid study offer letter for May Intake:
1. It is okay to skip January intake?
2. Can we extend our both visa for May intake? (What is the procedure?)
3. Will I be eligible to work full time after visa expire on March before May intake begins?
4. What are the chances for approval of both study and open work permit?
