Hi, I am Hafiz from Pakistan/ Toronto and i wanted to bring in my elder sister to Canada on student VIsa.

here are few highlights of her:

• 47 years of age
• last degree (MA Economics) in 1996
• last certificate in hotel Mgmt/ culinary art in 2010.
• 3+ years of experience as chef/ cooking.
  
• rejected immigration case in 2014.
• no children

But what is she planning to study given current qualifications, work experience and how will you put a convincing case that she will return to her home country given she already has a rejected immigration application so the intentions of a study permit may well be questioned.
