So, If someone receives Biometric Correspondence Letter, Can we say that the eligibility and background is completed?

Is there any anyone here asked for medicals or to submit additional documents or called for interview after Biometric Correspondence Letter?.

Is it a sign of refusal since I'm expecting a medical call?

I have received my Biometric Correspondence Letter on 11th June.

My time line is below;

Most often when you receive Biometric Correspondence Letter before medical request then its a refusal. thats my observation though.

I submitted via an agent before the May 15th deadline, I had already had my biometrics done as I had travelled in 2018 to Canada.
