I submitted my study permit visa application on the 31st of December at about 12:30am, but they haven’t sent me a mail to acknowledge that they have received my application. No mail from them and no UCi number or application number. It’s been four days now .

BTW you applied on Dec 31 and it's only been 2 working days since you applied...
Unless it's an automatically generated email acknowledgment, I don't think you will get anything so soon.

My agent claimed he did my application for me


But he has forgotten the user name and password he used for the application for Canada visa


Now he has been trying to access his laptop but the motherboard is bad


I don’t trust him and I don’t want to take chances


Can I make a new application and pay for the visa application fee again

That’s the thing I don’t have UCI or application number


When he was expecting the mail that was when he claimed the motherboard got bad


And if he had to reset the password on the portal he needs access to the email


Which he doesn’t have access to bcos it a two step Verification


So it has to be that laptop
I haven’t even done biometrics



He can’t login to another phone
