Hello,
We are French nationals but live in the US under work visa
My daughter (dependant under my visa) applied for a study permit in Montreal. We applied first for the CAQ, then study permit application, went for the finger prints, etc.....
And she finally received the "Letter of Introduction" saying it was approved, letter needed to get the study permit itself
So my question is:
Can we go thru any PoE (being in the US-Michigan it will be by land - Sarnia or Windsor, tunnel or bridge) to obtain the study permit? Is there any specific days and/or time where immigration provide this type of service?
Or is it kind of a "walk-in" and once at the booth, the officer will tell us to go inside the building to do the paperwork?
Thanks
