submitted my study permit in August 23rd. My classes was scheduled to start September 4th. I was given two more weeks to be there. I did my biometric September 6. I was awarded scholarship from my employer, however the letter came later and I could not submitted the letter of financial responsibility from my employer when I first submitted the papers.My bank statement only had 12 K USD. Additionally, I submitted my letter of employment stating my annual salary of about 110 K USD. I got the refusal on October 15. I asked for deferral for September 2020. What is the best time to reapply for the study perm ?. Please below you are the reasons of the my refusal :



am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

• -You have not provided sufficient evidence that you meet the admission requirements listed on your letter of acceptance.-
