Study permit

I applied for study permit but I am currently inside Canada on a visiting visa, but submitted my application as from United States. Now I have my study permit approved and my passport stamped and sent back to me in Canada. Now my question is how to get my study permit which I land its usually issued at the port of entry, in my case do I need to go outside Canada and re enter or how will I get my study permit. Thanks

You need to flagpole i.e go to US border go out and come back in immediately. Google it.
