Got a refusal response on study permit for the second time, from Canadian immigration (VO) center.
This is over two weeks I received this mail, but my tracking profile still indicates “application processing in Canada visa office”. Also, my passport have not been sent to me unlike the previous application I got my passport three days after I received same mail.
Please what does this imply?
