HEY.
so my younger brother applied for study visa on 9th April got his passport back on 20th April nothing on it plus no mail no MSG...just a letter stating that important information will be emailed to u and also his status on cic website is still showing in progress i m at my wits end here he got rejected on what basis???? HELP
