I have completed ma BSS (hon's) and MSS from a public university of Bangladesh in 2011 in Sociology. Now working as Social/Policy Researcher in a prominent research organization and has 8 years experience in same. Now want to enroll in Public Policy in U of Saskatchewan, which help me to cherish my career as policy researcher further. But somebody saying that, I may get the admission letter from the uni, but will not get the Study Permit from the government, as they'll doubt about my motive that I am doing this to increase my CRS score and later I will apply for PR. Is it true? What the catch?

Generaly visa officer wants to see progress in your studies/career, when you have a masters already and go for bachelors this raises red flags, you can try and explain it in your study plan letter but it is up to you to convince visa officer.
